![]() Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) Procedures
At Murgor, QA/QC procedures begin with the employment of staff, who possess the necessary qualifications, experience and motivation to succeed. All of the Murgor exploration projects are supervised by a registered Professional Geologist (P. Geo.) or Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) who understands the importance of our QA/QC program. Murgor’s QA/QC objectives for each project are achieved through the documented planning, review, implementation and control of all activities affecting quality. This includes written field procedures and independent verifications of aspects such as drill hole collar locations, down-hole deviation monitoring, sampling and assaying, security, data management and database integrity. The QA/QC program includes also a close monitoring of our assay results, obtained from internationally recognized and ISO accredited assay laboratories, through the insertion of 5% standards and 5% blanks being processed with each assay run. Any batch that fails the Murgor QA/QC program is automatically re-assayed and only approved assay results are published. In addition, Murgor sends a total of 5% pulp and 5% coarse reject duplicates to be re-assayed in another ISO accredited laboratory for verification. With its current QA/QC program, Murgor is confident that it maximizes the quality of the data obtained through its exploration activities therefore increasing its chances of success in its search for new mineral deposits.
