The management team and board of directors of Murgor Resources are committed to implementing the corporate governance guidelines set out in National Policy 58-201 of the Canadian Securities Administrators.  Our corporate governance practices are disclosed, on an annual basis, in our management proxy circular prepared in connection with the corporation’s annual meeting of shareholders.  Murgor Resources believes that good governance is essential to our achieving our mission to create shareholder value.
